Join us in exploring a new program geared toward teachers/directors
Through conversations within our dance community, we have found that many artists entering the role of teacher or director are in need of a reboot. We have found that some of these teachers feel disconnected, needing a space for themselves to move freely without the agenda of work. Others are seeking new perspectives or ideas to bring back to their home studio and students. Our goal is to create an environment that nurtures and revitalizes dance teachers as well as fosters community between leaders.
Studios can also choose to add this program onto any In-Studio Intensive for their own staff as well as other dance teachers in their local community.

“Attending the 2023 SoulEscape Teacher Intensive was one of the most revitalizing and refreshing experiences of my year. After another long season of teaching, choreographing and giving everything I have to my students, I was able to push reset in an environment that was full of so much validation, love and encouragement. It was incredible to be surrounded by other teachers and artists in the community expressing many of the same struggles, challenges and of course joys of what we do day in and day out. I realized that having an outlet and a community that understands those things was and is so valuable to keeping us relevant and positive in our own studios and dance lifestyles. Our influence is important but our well being and ability to refuel and take care of ourselves first is also important. Taking class along side each other and the hours of long conversations we shared refueled my heart in more ways than one. I am so grateful for Chelsea and all of SoulEscape for creating such a special space for us to learn and grow and build community in. I would recommend this program to any dance teacher or studio owner out there! No matter where you are in your process, no matter how many years you’ve been sharing the art of dance, there is no doubt this experience will be valuable to you and to our dance community.”
