That’s a wrap on our 2022 Summer Event! Thank you to all the dancers, parents, families who made this event possible. It was one filled with openness, willingness, strength, and hard work. We are so proud of you all. Be on the look out for upcoming Fall/Winter events coming soon!
THE 2022 summer event
The SUMMER EVENT is BACK and bigger than ever! This year’s event will take place in COPPELL, TX, just 10 minutes from the DFW airport, JULY 26-31, 2022. We will be back in a LIVE THEATER for both our opening and closing performances! Our rehearsal and classroom spaces will be held in a natural light room with 20’ ceiling, sure to bring inspiration to us all each day. This program is open to ALL artists ages 12 and up. There is no submission/audition needed. Registration will be open soon! Stay tuned as we announce more details regarding this years event. For those traveling from out of state, we will begin our event late afternoon/early evening of July 26th. Dancers can arrive the morning of the 26th. Our week will finish late evening on July 31st and suggest flying out on August 1st.

JULY 26 - Evening performance by the SoulEscape Company - All registered dancers receive a FREE ticket to this performance. This show is open to the public. Tickets are $35 and are now for sale - https://29946.danceticketing.com/ The performance will be held at the Coppell Arts Center Theater and seating is General Admission. Doors open at 6:30pm and show will being at 7pm.
JULY 27-30 - Daily classes, discussions & journaling led by the SE Company, special evening classes & improv jam, evening rehearsals where you will learn the 2022 SE Rep from the performance you viewed on night one. Daily classes will be held at the Coppell Arts Center Reception Hall from 9am-3pm. After 3pm, we will take a short walk together with your mentors to the Community Center for evening rehearsals and classes. Dancers who are older enough may take their cars over to the Community Center if they wish. Our evenings will run tentatively from 4-9pm. We will cast dancers in a piece of the show on July 27th. Casting and that days rehearsal schedule will be posted at lunchtime. Rehearsal schedules will be posted each day.
JULY 31 - It is YOUR turn to take the stage. This final day we will spend the day inside the theater beginning at 9am. We will have one final class together on stage and prep for the Student Performance. This performance is open to the public and tickets are $35.
